CHĀNDOGYA UPANISHAD · 3.8.1

अथ यत् तृतीयम् अमृतं तद् आदित्या उपजीवन्ति वरुणेन मुखेन ।
न वै देवा अश्नन्ति न पिबन्ति ।
एतद् एवामृतं दृष्ट्वा तृप्यन्ति ॥

atha yat tṛtīyam amṛtaṃ tad ādityā upajīvanti varuṇena mukhena ।
na vai devā aśnanti na pibanti ।
etad evāmṛtaṃ dṛṣṭvā tṛpyanti ॥

On the third of these nectars the Âdityas live, with Varuna at their head. True, the Devas do not eat or drink, but they enjoy by seeing the nectar.
