CHĀNDOGYA UPANISHAD · 4.3.4

तौ वा एतौ द्वौ सम्वर्गौ ।
वायुर् एव देवेषु प्राणः प्राणेषु ॥

tau vā etau dvau samvargau ।
vāyur eva deveṣu prāṇaḥ prāṇeṣu ॥

'These are the two ends, air among the Devas, breath among the senses (prânâh).'
