CHĀNDOGYA UPANISHAD · 8.5.4

तद् य एवैताव् अरं च ण्यं चार्णवौ ब्रह्मलोके ब्रह्मचर्येणानुविन्दन्ति तेषाम् एवैष ब्रह्मलोकः ।
तेषां सर्वेषु लोकेषु कामचारो भवति ॥

tad ya evaitāv araṃ ca ṇyaṃ cārṇavau brahmaloke brahmacaryeṇānuvindanti teṣām evaiṣa brahmalokaḥ ।
teṣāṃ sarveṣu lokeṣu kāmacāro bhavati ॥

Now that world of Brahman belongs to those who find the lakes Ara and Nya in the world of Brahman by means of abstinence; for them there is freedom in all the worlds.
