CHĀNDOGYA UPANISHAD · 4.15.4

एष उ एव भामनीः ।
एष हि सर्वेषु लोकेषु भाति ।
सर्वेषु लोकेषु भाति य एवं वेद ॥

eṣa u eva bhāmanīḥ ।
eṣa hi sarveṣu lokeṣu bhāti ।
sarveṣu lokeṣu bhāti ya evaṃ veda ॥

'He is also Bhâmanî, for he shines (bhâti) in all worlds. He who knows this, shines in all worlds.
